Patient Pathway

Explore the His Pelvic Health pathway and move from a private, no-pressure call to a full, bespoke rehab.

Taking the first step toward better pelvic health is easier when you know what to expect. Our transparent, patient-first pathway offers comfort from your first conversation through to long-term recovery. Below, we break down our simple five-step journey so you can take control of your health with peace of mind.

1. 15 minute confidential call

Tell us what has been happening and ask any questions in a private, no-pressure conversation.

2. Assessment in clinic or confidential call

We look at your symptoms, health history, pelvic function, lifestyle, confidence and goals. Please note, no internal pelvic floor examination is performed.

Peyronie’s in clinic assessment

Where appropriate, ultrasound imaging may be used to help identify plaque build-up and guide a more personalised treatment plan.

3. Diagnosis-led plan

We explain what may be contributing to the problem and whether we are the right clinic to help.

4. Treatment and rehab

Your plan may include shockwave therapy, pelvic health treatment, exercises, lifestyle advice and confidence-focused support.

Please note, shockwave therapy is applied directly to the penis and pelvic floor. Treatment is painless and discreet. We will discuss how treatment is performed in more detail during your discovery call.

5. Review and long-term progress

We track your response, adapt the plan where needed, and give you tools to keep moving forward.
